About the Role
Motive is seeking a Marketing Manager for Canada to lead regional marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. This role will own the strategy and execution of localized programs to fuel demand and strengthen sales alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute Canada-specific marketing programs aligned to regional revenue and pipeline goals
- →Build strategic plans across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments addressing regional opportunities
- →Translate global campaign frameworks into localized programs for the Canadian market
- →Plan and run field events, executive experiences, trade shows, and digital programs
- →Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, and sales-aligned motions
- →Act as the primary marketing partner for regional Sales teams
- →Lead local content creation including social posts, event promotion, and customer-facing assets
- →Support customer marketing initiatives that generate proof points and advocacy
- →Collaborate with external PR partners to amplify Motive’s presence across Canada
- →Build targeted campaigns to generate high-intent leads and increase sales productivity
- →Ensure programs align with sales priorities and market dynamics
- →Track program performance using KPIs across leads, SQOs, pipeline, and influenced metrics
- →Provide insights during weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- →Optimize programs based on data and regional market signals
- →Oversee regional marketing budgets
- →Manage external vendors for events, creative, and production
- →Develop joint programs with key partners
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of B2B field, regional, or demand generation marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology
- ✓Proven track record of building programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- ✓Strong understanding of sales cycles, GTM motions, and regional dynamics across Canada
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Tableau, Asana, and other marketing tools
- ✓Excellent communicator and collaborator with cross-functional work experience
- ✓Analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting abilities
- ✓Highly proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- ✓Fluency in French is a plus
- ✓Ability to travel within Canada (up to 30%) and occasionally to the US
- ✓Location: Toronto with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week
