About the Role
Motive is seeking a Product Manager to own key experiences across fleet management. You will partner with engineering, data, design, and GTM teams to deliver products for local hauliers and global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and communicate a clear, data-backed roadmap for product areas.
- →Translate customer pain points into simple web and mobile workflows.
- →Work with data scientists to turn sensor events into actionable AI features.
- →Establish success metrics, launch betas, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
- →Collaborate across time zones with design, engineering, sales, support, and marketing.
- →Spend time with dispatchers, drivers, and back-office teams to keep feedback loops tight.
Requirements
- ✓4–7 years of B2B product management experience, including complete ownership of a product area.
- ✓Proven track record of shipping features that improve uptime, cost, safety, or efficiency.
- ✓Comfort with data: you can query SQL, slice dashboards, and turn numbers into decisions.
- ✓Strong communication skills that align diverse global stakeholders.
- ✓Familiarity with telematics, logistics tech, automotive systems, or industrial IoT is a plus.
- ✓MBB experience is a plus.
