About the Role
Motive is seeking a Product Operations Manager to enhance our Workforce Management product offering. This role involves identifying opportunities for product growth, process improvement, and automation, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive rapid company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define, implement, and optimize processes to streamline product development lifecycle
- →Drive continuous improvements in engagement models between product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- →Develop comprehensive product rollout plans and manage their implementation
- →Track and analyze core business metrics related to product performance
- →Identify and advocate for key business insights to inform product enhancements
- →Lead and manage Beta programs for new product testing
- →Coordinate with key partners for new product launches
- →Support Enterprise trials and identify opportunity areas
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience organizing strategic initiatives for technical organizations
- ✓Proven track record of process optimization and new product development
- ✓Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or BI tools
- ✓Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓A dedicated team player who excels at enabling others
- ✓A passion for engaging with and learning from customers
- ✓A self-starter with a high level of motivation
- ✓Proven experience in driving projects end-to-end and fostering collaboration
- ✓Experience working effectively with remote or offshore teams
