About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Enterprise team at Motive. This role involves driving successful outcomes for Enterprise customers by partnering with Account Executives and acting as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to shape deal strategy and deliver high-impact demonstrations
- →Showcase Motive’s value by tailoring demos for technical, operational, and business audiences
- →Translate complex customer challenges into clear, compelling solutions
- →Develop deep expertise in the competitive landscape
- →Establish yourself as a product authority
- →Collaborate on RFIs and RFPs to position Motive as the partner of choice
- →Act as a connector between Sales and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience supporting Enterprise-level sales in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role
- ✓Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ✓Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales field role with flexibility to travel 30%+
- ✓Deep knowledge of value-based selling and solutions engineering methodologies
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Demonstrated success supporting complex solution sales
- ✓Hands-on experience with Enterprise sales cycles
- ✓Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical solution design
