About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join Goody's team. This role involves building trusted data models and metrics that power decision-making across the organization, including Growth, Finance, and Product departments. You will derive valuable insights from the models you build, guiding company decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and own business-critical metrics, including definitions, edge cases, and documentation
- →Build clean, reusable SQL models that become source-of-truth datasets
- →Partner with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into clear analytical deliverables
- →Create self-serve datasets and lightweight reporting to enable teams to answer questions without bottlenecks
- →Improve data reliability through sanity checks, reconciliations, and data quality monitoring
- →Contribute to analytics best practices, including naming conventions, documentation, and metric governance
Requirements
- ✓5–6 years experience in analytics, data analysis, or analytics engineering
- ✓Strong SQL skills, including data modeling, edge case handling, query optimization, and logical explanation
- ✓Ability to define metrics and push for clarity in decision-making
- ✓Strong communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders and document clearly
- ✓Experience with a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
