About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team at Goody. This role focuses on owning and optimizing key acquisition channels, managing a significant paid media budget, and leading experiments to unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and optimize the customer journey
→Manage our SEM channel and budget, ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and ROI
→Strategically test and scale new paid media channels, such as video, paid social, and ABM
→Oversee collaboration with our paid media agency, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
→Drive full-funnel marketing approaches, integrating remarketing and display campaigns
→Champion conversion rate optimization and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

✓5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on SEM and paid media
✓Proven ability to manage and optimize a paid media budget of at least $1 million annually
✓Excellent copywriting skills and creative instincts
✓Strong background in B2B marketing, including understanding the B2B customer lifecycle
✓Demonstrated success in running impactful campaigns on paid search and paid social platforms
✓Analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision making
✓Knowledge of web and product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
✓Passionate about pixel-perfect, on-brand design
