This visionary role will provide technical leadership to a team of data scientists and AI engineers, driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions for National Security clients.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• →Develop advanced agentic search, knowledge retrieval, and deep research systems
• →Drive expansion of data-driven research and advanced analytics for strategic business and national security results
• →Design and deploy agentic AI systems for deep conversational knowledge exploration
• →Serve as domain expert in AI Search Science, driving application of state-of-the-art methods
• →Work with partner teams to define software architecture and manage technical execution
• →Collaborate with Product team to translate requirements into technical plans
• →Develop scalable AI-based platforms for defense ecosystem customers
• →Champion AI innovations and stay current with evolving AI fields
• →Mentor team members and foster technical excellence
• →Align team's AI strategy with business and client needs
