About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join GPTZero, a leading AI detection platform that empowers users to navigate AI-generated content. This role is critical to our growth and involves unifying marketing efforts across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and unify GPTZero's marketing function, bringing together efforts across PR, paid acquisition, social/UGC, content, and brand
- →Drive and define brand marketing, shaping how GPTZero shows up in the world
- →Lead PR and comms efforts to secure conference speaking slots and podcast appearances
- →Be a player-coach, rolling up sleeves on high-leverage work while coordinating with team members
- →Coordinate cross-channel pushes across LinkedIn, TikTok, email, and beyond
Requirements
- ✓Management experience hiring and leading a marketing team
- ✓7+ years of marketing experience with a strong B2C and startup background
- ✓Superpowers in PR, UGC, or growth marketing with numerical rigor
- ✓Experience orchestrating multiple marketing disciplines into a unified engine
- ✓Hands-on marketing leader willing to pick up a shovel
- ✓Bonus: Obsessive and comfortable with a fast-moving startup environment
