About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager II to lead and build our Malaysia engineering team. This role involves establishing the Insurance Operations PST and driving technical delivery for Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the establishment and growth of a 7-10 person engineering team in Malaysia
- →Own Insurance technical delivery, ensuring compliance with BNM regulatory requirements
- →Oversee third-party system integrations (ISM, APAD, JPJ) and BNM regulatory reporting
- →Coordinate service transitions from ID/SG teams to the MY team
- →Build local engineering culture with emphasis on operational excellence
- →Collaborate with Insurance Operations team to deliver feature improvements
- →Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- →Implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
- →Participate in strategic planning and cross-regional decision-making
Requirements
- ✓Experience in leading and building engineering teams
