About the Role
We are looking for an AI Agent Developer to join our GTS Innovation team at Grab. This role focuses on building autonomous systems that perceive environments, make decisions, and execute multi-step workflows with minimal human intervention.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement intelligent agents capable of planning, reasoning, and achieving specific goals independently
- →Connect AI agents to external APIs, databases, and software tools to perform real-world actions
- →Fine-tune models, improve prompt engineering, and enhance RAG architectures
- →Build frameworks to evaluate agent performance, reliability, and safety
- →Ensure safe operation and proper oversight in automated workflows
Requirements
- ✓Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
- ✓Ability to design and implement autonomous systems
- ✓Knowledge of connecting AI agents to external systems
- ✓Experience with model optimization and performance tuning
- ✓Understanding of evaluation and testing frameworks for AI systems
