About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven product manager to join the Fulfilment team at Grab. This role focuses on managing the strategy and execution for an integrated suite of internal tools designed to scale operations via automation, advanced diagnostics, and comprehensive insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a problem space team to oversee and define the product strategy in building internal tools, data visualization, insights, and data foundations
- →Oversee product concepts, roadmap, and strategies, ensuring agreement on goals and market trends
- →Understand the needs and pain points of internal users through direct user research and data analysis
- →Collaborate with engineers, designers, and operation stakeholders to create a roadmap for new features and technologies
- →Coordinate with partners across the organization to plan and implement product strategies
- →Lead product meetings with diverse team members to foster understanding and decision-making
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management with a focus on automation and data-driven insights
- ✓Strong understanding of data visualization and insights
- ✓Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements
- ✓Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers and designers
