About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to join Grab's high-performing team. This role involves driving complex cross-functional programs while designing and deploying AI-enabled tooling to eliminate organizational toil.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive strategic initiatives, complex cross-functional programs, and org-wide change management
- →Identify, define, and execute on automating high-impact toil using AI-tools and agents
- →Design, develop, and deploy AI-tools that use LLMs to automate program execution
- →Apply foundational engineering skills to create robust internal tooling
- →Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan requirements and manage schedules
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Technical Program Management
- ✓Strong understanding of AI and LLM technologies
- ✓Ability to design and develop robust internal tools
- ✓Familiarity with API design, Git, and CI/CD practices
