About the Role
The AI Automation Team at Grab is seeking a Foundation Model Solutions Developer to join our mission of building automated ML/AI solutions for complex marketplace challenges. This applied research role focuses on developing foundation model solutions and scalable data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement efficient training pipelines for foundation models and multimodal models
- →Develop and optimize model architectures for specific business use cases
- →Create and implement model compression techniques including quantization, pruning, and distillation
- →Build evaluation frameworks for model performance and quality assessment
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foundation models into applications
- →Engage in code and design reviews to maintain high-standard engineering practices
Requirements
