About the Role
The Merchant Growth Manager, Emerging will join Grab's Singapore Commercial team to help shape and grow the business in Singapore. This role focuses on developing strategies to support F&B merchants and drive sustainable growth across Grab's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of merchants
- →Manage merchant accounts with a focus on GMV, monetisation, and delivery volumes
- →Develop and execute scalable business strategies to drive merchant growth
- →Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to share insights and align on growth strategies
- →Coordinate campaigns and initiatives that drive merchant engagement
- →Collaborate with internal teams to provide customised reporting and support
Requirements
