About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operation to manage Grab Kiosk Product and assist the business team to running business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with the business team to ensure demand & supply is fulfilled properly.
- →Troubleshoot and resolve operation & technical issues related to product management.
- →Work closely with the internals team, including engineering, product, and customer support, to ensure day to day business running well and improvement.
- →Document onboarding product/SKU processes and support procedures.
- →Provide training and support to internal support and/or partners to facilitate their understanding and use of our systems.
- →Monitor transaction traffic performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- ✓Having experience in a similar role in the past is preferred.
