About the Role
The Implementation Manager is accountable for successful deployments across Australian selling entities. This role bridges the gap between programme delivery and site execution, ensuring detailed implementation and cutover plans are developed and executed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans for Australia D365 deployments
- →Lead and coordinate site-level preparation activities across functional areas
- →Execute cutover planning process including checklists, resource plans, and runbooks
- →Ensure technical and operational readiness across site functions
- →Act as primary interface between central programme and local site teams
- →Collaborate with deployment leads to define business scenarios and test outcomes
- →Manage site-specific risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- →Coordinate implementation governance routines and post-go-live stabilisation
- →Apply change management techniques to support adoption
- →Track and report against implementation KPIs
- →Contribute to lessons learned sessions post-deployment
Requirements
- ✓Experience in implementation management, particularly with D365 deployments
- ✓Strong understanding of cutover planning and execution
- ✓Ability to coordinate across multiple functional areas
- ✓Experience with risk management and issue resolution
- ✓Knowledge of change management techniques
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
