About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations System Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on managing and improving our regional sales infrastructure using Salesforce tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and support the long-term development roadmap for the Commercial Salesforce system
- →Translate business needs into detailed technical requirement documents for development teams
- →Lead User Acceptance Testing, End-User Training, and Go-Live activities for new features
- →Collaborate with Salesforce Developers to resolve technical roadblocks and ensure delivery
- →Establish Standard Operating Procedures for Salesforce usage
- →Maintain the RACI matrix for system-related projects
- →Manage user access levels and conduct regular training sessions
- →Develop governance frameworks to ensure data integrity
- →Design Account Hierarchies for accurate reporting
- →Lead integration of external tools like Ticketing systems, PowerBI, and Marketing Automation
- →Partner with Marketing to automate lead generation processes
- →Maintain high-visibility Salesforce Dashboards for Regional and Country Sales Heads
- →Produce weekly revenue forecasting and funnel health reports
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical CRM mastery with Salesforce experience
- ✓Experience with project management and roadmap execution
- ✓Ability to translate complex requirements into functional tools and workflows
- ✓Experience with User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training
- ✓Knowledge of data governance and integrity principles
- ✓Experience with system integrations and external tool integration
