β’ As part of the Global Account Management Team, you will join the Global Account Management team. This area plays a central role in Malt's plan to accelerate our growth. Ensure the local deployment, adoption, and growth of global enterprise accounts within Spain.

Key responsibilities β¨
- Developing global accounts in Spain, with a main focus on the pharmaceutical industry, among others.
- Identifying and engaging country stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Hiring Managers).
- Supporting pilots and first projects to ensure successful adoption.
- Mapping new teams, departments, use cases, and expansion opportunities.
- Running structured local prospection to detect new opportunities.
- Preparing/delivering business reviews with Head of Global support.
- Maintaining high-quality pipeline and updating CRM + MEDDIC data.
- Surfacing risks quickly and resolving operational issues.
- Providing country-specific insights for RFPs, use cases, constraints, and stakeholders.
- Ensuring coordination with local MSP/vendor contacts.
- Monitoring performance and escalate issues impacting delivery.
About you π§βπ
- You're an experienced professional with a university degree or comparable education and 3+ years in a B2B commercial role, e.g. as account manager or sales engineer. Ideally, you've thrived in recruitment (staffing, IT personnel services), SaaS, or IT & services
- You bring a relationship-driven, client-centric approach. Youβre curious, thoughtful, and passionate about understanding client needs in depth. You enjoy developing existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth
- You're a fluent communicator and sharp negotiator in both Spanish and English, effortlessly engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders
- Your strong networking skills help you deepen relationships within existing client organizations while identifying organic opportunities for expansion. You quickly grasp client needs and objectives, then craft and propose optimal solutions that align with a consultative, partnership-oriented sales cycle
- You possess a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation, driving initiatives quickly with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sales planning, and superb organization
