About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Integrity team at Grab. This role focuses on analyzing user behavior and product funnels to identify potential risks and guide strategies to safeguard users from fraud.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a subject matter expert in utilizing data to measure and analyze business/product performance
- →Lead the identification of business/product issues and opportunities, developing data-driven rules and strategies
- →Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and analyze experiments
- →Conduct statistical analyses to ensure detection systems align with industry standards
- →Lead expert teams in rolling out effective products/services and expanding the data universe
- →Build and maintain dashboards for all stakeholders to provide visibility of key metrics
- →Collaborate across teams to address risks associated with Grab's products, processes, and payment methods
