About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Leader to build and lead the marketing organization at Develocity. This role focuses on creating a Demand Generation engine that aligns Marketing with Sales in an enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead the marketing organization end-to-end, setting strategy and standards
• →Personally design, build, and scale the enterprise Demand Generation engine
• →Steward and operationalize the EB-level narrative defined by leadership
• →Operate the top-down/bottom-up model to ensure clear separation of concerns
• →Build the marketing engine by assessing current state and defining a roadmap to maturity
