About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of Full-Stack Engineers within our Go Enterprise product area. This role focuses on building secure and scalable enterprise solutions for Superhuman’s proactive AI assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team building Go’s Enterprise capabilities
- →Partner with Enterprise customers and prospects to understand their needs and bring insights into the product
- →Enable safe, compliant AI adoption at scale for Enterprise organizations
- →Drive execution across the stack, from back-end systems to user interfaces
- →Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape the Go Enterprise roadmap
- →Shape the future of Enterprise AI at Superhuman
Requirements
- ✓At least three years of experience managing software engineering teams
- ✓Strong foundation as an individual contributor building full-stack or back-end systems
- ✓Experience in Enterprise product development, including concepts like SSO/SCIM and data governance
- ✓Comfortable engaging directly with Enterprise buyers and stakeholders
- ✓Excellent software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and system design
- ✓Experience building, deploying, and operating production systems at scale
- ✓Knowledge of modern web development and testing practices
- ✓Strong leadership and people-management skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage team priorities
