About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join Granola and help invent the future of AI-powered work tools. You'll play a key role in shaping our design DNA as we evolve into a multiplayer, multi-platform tool.

Key Responsibilities

→Work on early feature definition and collaborate closely with engineers to ship features
→Improve the fit and finish of our product to create a beautifully crafted user experience
→Spend time with users to investigate use cases, test new features, and inform future development
→Prototype, test, and iterate between exploring wild ideas and perfecting promising features
→Evolve our brand and design language across all platforms

Requirements

✓Several years of experience shipping beautifully designed products to real users
✓Experience as a systems thinker working on open-ended tools
✓Ability to balance scrappiness with attention to detail
✓Natural prototyping skills and comfort with the latest AI tools
✓Track record of measuring designs based on what shipped
✓Comfortable working across Mac, iOS, and web platforms
