About the Role
Grant Street Group is seeking a UX Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for complex B2B SaaS applications in the government sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and execute user research studies such as contextual inquiries, user surveys, and usability tests
- →Analyze user requirements and business needs through use cases, user research, and user flows
- →Create design concepts, information architecture, wireframes, detailed user interface designs, interactive prototypes, and user interface specifications
- →Work closely with development and testing teams in the implementation and testing of user interfaces
- →Create and maintain user experience guidelines and design standards
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS applications
- ✓Experience identifying UX issues and using UI/UX design best practices
- ✓Planning and conducting user research (in Userlytics, Lyssna, etc.)
- ✓Making informed design decisions using qualitative and quantitative data
- ✓Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating high-fidelity mockups
- ✓Ensuring designs align with overall business goals, meeting the needs of both users and stakeholders
- ✓Solid understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- ✓Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
- ✓Experience with HTML and CSS
- ✓Strong commitment to owning projects and seeing them through to successful completion
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Willingness to travel around 5%
