About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our India-based product management team at Greenlight, a leading family fintech company. This role involves leading foundational platform capabilities that power our financial services ecosystem, focusing on scale, compliance, and innovation across multiple products serving the U.S. consumer market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities
- →Ensure platform services are scalable, secure, compliant, extensible, and reusable across the organization
- →Balance immediate product team needs with long-term architectural integrity
- →Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI in product execution and platform capabilities
- →Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform product managers responsible for core Greenlight platforms
- →Act as a senior product leader for the India office, strengthening product operations and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in platform product management
- ✓3+ years of people management experience leading product managers
- ✓Proven experience owning and scaling complex, distributed systems
- ✓Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other regulated industries
- ✓Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- ✓Hands-on experience with AI tools and demonstrated ability to build, deploy, and iterate on AI projects

- ✓Experience operating in a US–India distributed team model
