About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join Green Thumb's team. This role focuses on mining sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting products to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

→Strategize, set, and achieve sales goals as directed by leadership
→Possess a strong knowledge of cannabis, Green Thumb’s brands, and product lines
→Educate, engage, and train customers on our brands and product lines
→Maintain awareness of market behavior and sales trends
→Develop pipelines, targets, and innovative strategies to increase sales
→Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
→Proactively build touchpoints and a weekly schedule to keep sales on track
→Knowledge of CRM systems to track client information and orders
→Set proper and suggestive prices to maintain sales volume
→Follow all sales protocols and SOPs as they relate to state regulations
→Attend trade shows and other industry events to stay up with market trends
→Set efficient delivery and order fulfillment deadlines

Requirements

✓2+ years sales experience in an outside B2B environment, to retailers preferred
✓Highly motivated, extremely positive attitude, self-starter with a solid work ethic
✓Excellent communicator, great customer service skills, and able to influence others
✓Strong problem-solving skills, able to think fast and create sales opportunities
✓A team player with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
✓Bachelor’s Degree preferred
✓Must pass any and all required background checks
✓Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
✓Must possess valid driver’s license
✓Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
✓Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
