About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join GridUnity, the industry leader in interconnection life cycle management. This role involves owning the end-to-end user experience across GridUnity’s portfolio of products, ensuring UX quality, coherence, and usability across features and the broader platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the definition and evolution of the user experience across GridUnity’s platform
- →Establish and maintain UX patterns, interaction models, and design standards
- →Serve as the primary steward of UX standards and best practices
- →Translate product strategy and requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- →Conduct user research to validate assumptions and uncover UX risks and opportunities
- →Work closely with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and faithfully implemented
- →Support iterative delivery through design reviews and feedback cycles
- →Guide UX decisions during platform transitions and major product evolution
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience designing user experiences for complex B2B or enterprise software
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work
- ✓Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering in an Agile environment
- ✓Ability to design for complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and expert users
- ✓Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions using evidence
