About the Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Client Ops Engineer to join GrowthX AI. This role involves designing and building custom solutions ranging from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications, leveraging technical SEO expertise and software engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build custom solutions from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications
- →Work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions
- →Contribute to internal ecosystem by developing tools for the marketing team
- →Develop micro-applications on top of our AI stack
- →Configure LLMs to power new AI workflows
- →Build internal tools that streamline operations
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a senior engineer
- ✓Advanced JavaScript proficiency with React (TypeScript) experience
- ✓Backend development experience (Ruby on Rails preferred, but Python or Node also welcomed)
- ✓Experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn UI
- ✓Comfort integrating with and configuring LLMs and AI systems
- ✓Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
- ✓Experience building data-driven tools and web applications
- ✓Open-minded approach to using AI tools like Cursor and Cline for enhancing development productivity
- ✓Experience building Gen AI/LLM-based products is a significant advantage
- ✓Background in technical SEO, data analysis, and creating custom growth tools
- ✓Prior work in startup or high-growth environments
