Your impact
Correlation One is hiring Embedded AI Solutions Engineers to support a large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiative at a Fortune 500 Company. Consultants will be embedded within the clientβs team to design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflow solutions (agents and copilots) across HR and business processes.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. Consultants will translate business needs into working AI solutions, rapidly prototype and iterate, and support internal teams in adopting and scaling these capabilities.
**This is a 6 month contract position, working 40 hours per week.**
A day in the life

AI Solution Design & Development
β’ Translate business workflows into AI-powered solutions (agents, copilots, automation tools)
β’ Design and build solutions using platforms such as Copilot Studio and related ecosystems
β’ Develop prototypes and iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback
β’ Define solution architecture, including prompts, workflows, and system interactions
β’ Operate within Correlation Oneβs delivery system and standards to ensure consistency across builds
β’
Workflow Integration
β’ Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise tools and processes (e.g., HR systems, internal platforms)
β’ Ensure solutions are usable, practical, and aligned with business workflows
β’ Support deployment and transition from prototype to production-ready solutions
β’
Use Case Prioritization & Scoping
β’ Partner with client stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize AI use cases
β’ Assess feasibility, data requirements, and expected impact
β’ Contribute to a structured pipeline of AI initiatives
β’
Coaching & Enablement
β’ Support internal client teams in building and refining their own AI solutions
β’ Provide guidance on best practices for prompting, design, and implementation
β’ Conduct working sessions, code reviews, and office hours as needed

Pattern Development & Reusability
β’ Develop reusable templates, patterns, and playbooks for AI solution development
β’ Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and standardization across projects

β’ Delivery of multiple production-ready AI solutions across prioritized workflows
β’ Demonstrated impact on efficiency and workflow improvement

Required Qualifications
β’ Technical Skills
β’ Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, agents, or copilots
β’ Familiarity with tools such as:
β’ Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar platforms
β’ Orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
β’ Experience integrating with APIs and working with structured/unstructured data
β’ Strong prompt engineering and workflow design capabilities
β’ Problem-Solving & Execution
β’ Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions
β’ Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on AI-driven solutions
β’ Strong judgment on tradeoffs between speed, complexity, and usability
β’ Client & Communication Skills
β’ Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders (including senior leaders)
β’ Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-relevant terms
β’ Experience in consulting, client-facing roles, or cross-functional teams preferred
β’ Behavioral Profile
β’ Highly autonomous and self-directed
β’ Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
β’ Pragmatic and outcome-oriented (focus on usable solutions, not over-engineering)

Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience working in enterprise environments with security, compliance, and data constraints
β’ Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) or similar enterprise platforms
β’ Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
β’ Background in workflow/process redesign or operations transformation
Where you are
β’ This is a remote position and the ideal candidate can be located anywhere that allows for overlapping work time with US Eastern Time.

β’ The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets.
