About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join Hadrian, a company building autonomous factories for aerospace and defense manufacturing. This role involves planning and executing tests across mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, execute, and analyze development, qualification, and production tests for hardware systems
- →Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and instrumentation for bench-level and system-level testing
- →Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports aligned with program requirements
- →Execute functional, environmental, performance, and acceptance testing
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to translate test results into design and quality improvements
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated experience in test engineering or related roles
- ✓Hands-on experience testing complex hardware systems in high-reliability environments
- ✓Experience designing and executing tests across multiple technical domains
- ✓Familiarity with test instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and laboratory equipment
- ✓Ability to produce clear test documentation and communicate technical results
