About the Role

We are looking for a Learning Design Lead to join our fast-growing team at Handshake AI. This role focuses on connecting Operations teams to Fellow success through exceptional training design and rapid execution.

Key Responsibilities

• →Move fast on training requests: Turn around project-specific training collateral within 24-48 hours
• →Diagnose and fix learning gaps: Pinpoint training gaps and develop targeted interventions
• →Iterate relentlessly on effectiveness: Track learner metrics to continuously refine training approaches
• →Level up Operators: Train Operators on instructional design fundamentals and quality assessment methods
• →Build reusable infrastructure: Create template libraries and content design systems for quality training materials
