About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Operator Experience to join Handshake AI. This role focuses on building self-serve systems that enable our Operations team to run complex data annotation projects independently.

• →Develop a cohesive product vision for operator independence that aligns with HAI's broader goals
• →Lead a high-performing cross-functional squad with engineering and design partners
• →Understand operator workflows, pain points, and translate their needs into prioritized product investments
