Key Responsibilities
- →Own UX/UI across the Happl product, from concept to shipped experience
- →Prototype and ship ideas quickly using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows
- →Work closely with Product to understand customer problems and create elegant solutions
- →Shape and evolve Happl’s visual identity
- →Design and build website, landing pages, and marketing surfaces
- →Create assets for socials, campaigns, launches, and events
- →Design and ship prototypes to test new ideas
- →Maintain and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards
- →Bring new ideas, tools, and approaches to the design process
- →Raise the overall quality bar
Requirements
- ✓Strong design craft with taste, range, and attention to detail
- ✓4+ years of experience across UX/UI, brand, and digital experiences
- ✓Comfort operating in product teams and collaborating with engineers
- ✓Bias toward shipping and getting things live
- ✓Experience using modern prototyping tools and AI
- ✓Enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and being challenged
- ✓Strong opinions, loosely held
- ✓Ability to think in systems while focusing on details
- ✓Portfolio showing shipped work across product or brand
