About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across Product, Design, and Engineering roles. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for an experienced recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end recruiting for PDE roles
- →Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- →Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- →Partner with hiring managers to define roles and hiring priorities
- →Manage candidates and hiring workflows in Lever (ATS)
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of recruiting experience for product, design, and/or engineering roles
- ✓Proven experience sourcing technical and product-adjacent talent
- ✓Hands-on experience using an ATS; Lever experience is a plus
- ✓Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
