About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Harness, a company building the industry’s leading AI-powered software delivery platform. This role blends deep technical expertise with execution-driven product leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct technical market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- →Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver user-centered designs and experiences.
- →Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs).
- →Provide technical guidance and input to ensure optimal design and scalability.
- →Understand the technical architecture and infrastructure of the product.
- →Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- →Oversee the development lifecycle, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- →Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform iterative improvements.
- →Manage the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized based on business value and technical feasibility.
- →Prepare and deliver regular updates to stakeholders on product progress and performance.
- →Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- ✓5+ years of product management experience building and scaling technical products
- ✓Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices, including familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- ✓Experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, or related domains (e.g., provisioning, policy enforcement, governance, CI/CD).
- ✓Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- ✓Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
