About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Harness. This role focuses on bridging the gap between sales and engineering, providing technical support to the sales force and driving technology evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver world-class presentations and demos of our platform
- →Work directly with customers to debug common errors
- →Tie business problems to technical solutions
- →Understand and articulate technology value propositions
- →Drive complex technical engagements with customers
Requirements
- ✓Responsible for delivering product demonstrations that showcase our software's value
- ✓Represent the product to customers and at field events like conferences and seminars
- ✓Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on technology changes and developments
- ✓Either actively develop software, have a developer background, or worked with developers in a DevOps role
- ✓Strong cloud knowledge with experience in infrastructure automation like Terraform
- ✓Ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- ✓Convey customer requirements to Engineering teams
- ✓Travel throughout a sales territory with minimal restrictions and occasionally on short notice
