About the Role
Harvard Business School seeks Research Associates to support faculty members in various research methodologies. This role involves working with experimental design, analysis, coding, IRB, and data analysis across topics from digital reskilling to consumer behavior research.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build trust and collaboration by engaging directly with colleagues and constituents
- →Develop and maintain expertise in new research methodologies and techniques
- →Manage and manipulate data using tools like STATA, Python, R, or MATLAB for quantitative roles
- →Use qualitative research tools such as Qualtrics and MTurk for behavioral roles
- →Collect, clean, synthesize, and analyze data
- →Develop statistical models and provide analysis for academic journal articles
- →Conduct literature reviews and contribute to academic publications
- →Balance project requests from multiple faculty members
- →Independently manage timelines and deliverables
