About the Role
Harvey is transforming legal and professional services through frontier AI and enterprise platforms. We're seeking a Partnerships Manager to help build differentiated product offerings and scalable go-to-market motions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute strategic plans for partner pursuits aligned with Harvey’s product and GTM strategy
- →Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships to enhance product functionality
- →Negotiate complex partnership agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- →Conduct quantitative analysis and create business cases for executive presentations
- →Collaborate with product, finance, legal and GTM teams for partner integration
- →Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners
- →Operate autonomously as both executor and strategic thinker
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in business development, sales, product or corporate development
- ✓Experience at early-stage high-growth companies
- ✓Proven ability to develop executive relationships and negotiate complex contracts
- ✓Experience collaborating with product teams on new technology solutions
- ✓Team player capable of collaborating across internal functions
- ✓Strong understanding of AI and its applications in knowledge work
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
