About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Product Lead to own and drive the product-led growth strategy for our AI platform. This foundational role will define how we acquire, activate, and expand users across leading law firms, in-house legal teams, and professional services organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own Harvey's product-led growth strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities across the user lifecycle
- →Build and run a rigorous experimentation program, developing hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and iterating quickly based on data
- →Partner with Engineering and Design to ship growth-oriented product features at Harvey's pace
- →Collaborate with Marketing to connect acquisition efforts to in-product activation and conversion
- →Work with Sales and Customer Success to understand enterprise adoption patterns and identify expansion opportunities
- →Define, instrument, and monitor growth KPIs, building dashboards and reporting
- →Inform pricing, packaging, and self-serve strategy in partnership with GTM leadership
- →Champion a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on growth, product-led growth, or growth engineering at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- ✓Proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes with experiments and features
- ✓Deep fluency in growth analytics, comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools
- ✓Strong product sense with ability to identify high-leverage opportunities and ship quickly
- ✓Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering across multiple teams
- ✓Startup or high-growth experience, thriving in ambiguity and building from zero
- ✓Passion for AI and its potential to transform professional services
