About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Writer & Training Content Specialist to join Hauler Hero. This role focuses on creating engaging documentation, videos, and learning resources to help customers and internal teams use our platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and expand Hauler Hero’s Help Center content in Intercom
- →Develop customer-facing product training materials using Loom
- →Create clear documentation to help customers troubleshoot and adopt new features
- →Use Figma to create visuals, annotated screenshots, and diagrams
- →Translate technical details from Product and Engineering into customer-ready materials
- →Partner with Customer Success to identify knowledge gaps and create resources
- →Work with QA and Product to document new releases and test outcomes
- →Organize and manage internal documentation in Notion
- →Monitor feedback to continuously improve documentation
- →Identify opportunities to leverage AI for scaling customer education
- →Occasionally assist with customer support coverage
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of experience in technical writing, customer training, or SaaS documentation
- ✓Strong writing and communication skills with a focus on customer understanding
- ✓Experience maintaining content in Intercom or similar platforms
- ✓Skilled with Loom for producing video tutorials and product walkthroughs
- ✓Familiar with Notion, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools
- ✓Comfortable partnering with Product, QA, and Customer Success to gather and translate technical information
