About the Role
We are looking for a Community Manager to join Havenpark Communities, where you will be the on-site CEO responsible for the financial success, operational excellence, and vibrant culture of your community. This role involves managing the budget, motivating your team, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Inspire your team to meet or exceed goals for NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales.
- →Ensure the community operates in full compliance with federal, state laws, and Fair Housing Standards.
- →Cultivate resident satisfaction by addressing issues with urgency and care.
- →Lead all community marketing efforts to attract new residents and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- →Track and maintain a positive Net Operating Income for your community through expert budget oversight and expense management.
Requirements
- ✓A minimum of 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management is required.
- ✓Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- ✓Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- ✓Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓Ability to sit for long periods using office equipment, as well as walk the community and lift supplies as needed.
