Join a team thatβs transforming mental healthcare. Founded by psychiatrists, Headlight is more than a company: itβs a movement. A movement that exists on the front lines of the mental health crisis, transforming the way people access care and the way clinicians deliver it. In order to help people in their time of need and ensure that every person who comes to us has options, we are transparent about our capabilities, treatments, and coverage, we champion innovation, and we leverage our rich data to continuously implement better ways of delivering care. Our mission is simple but powerful: Improving lives, one session at a time.Β
Our highly skilled and principled clinical team enjoys autonomy and institutional support so they can put their focus where it should be: on improving patient outcomes. Our clinicians want to do more than help individual clients, so they work to affect the system as a whole, elevating standards of care so that their efforts reverberate far beyond what they could do in private practice.
As the most trusted behavioral health partner in the Western U.S., weβve established deep relationships that give us unparalleled access, interoperability, and first-priority referrals. This exclusivity, combined with our best-in-class coordinated care and feedback loops, results in superior outcomes and cost savings.
Our services are convenient, accessible, and expert, combining personalized client engagement with advanced technology to enhance, not replace, human connection. Indeed, we hold that human-to-human relationships are indispensable, so from the match to the session to the time between sessions, we provide whole person care so nobody falls through the cracks and there is a brighter path forward for all.
Our Pillars
β’ Make things easier.
β’ Forge genuine connections.
β’ Elevate the standard.
The Role
Weβre hiring our first dedicated Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own client acquisition across paid, directory, and organic channels. This is a highly impactful, hands-on role responsible for driving efficient growth and optimizing CAC.
Youβll own both acquisition channel strategy and executionβidentifying the highest-impact opportunities, prioritizing across channels, and rolling up your sleeves to implement and optimize campaigns. Youβll play a key role in shaping how we invest in and scale growth, bringing structure and clarity to an evolving set of opportunities.
You will partner closely with internal teams (analytics, product, creative) and external agencies to ensure our acquisition efforts are aligned, measurable, and continuously improving. This role requires strong judgment, a bias toward action, and the ability to balance short-term performance with longer-term growth.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants to have a direct impact on how patients discover and access care.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Evaluate performance and efficiency of outsourced paid social campaigns and translate insights into clear recommendations to improve outcomes.
β’
Help shape all-up paid media strategy by identifying opportunities to expand into additional channels (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube), allocating budget effectively, and continuously testing and scaling what works.
β’
Own tracking, reporting, and ongoing optimization of CAC across acquisition channels.
β’
Turn performance data into actionable insightsβguiding decisions on where to invest, scale, or pull back, and helping ensure overall acquisition strategy is both efficient and sustainable.
β’
Serve as the single-threaded owner of website traffic insights and performance.
β’
Leverage Google Analytics to monitor channel performance and user behavior. Proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion and reduce drop-off across digital intake flow. Help prioritize and drive improvements in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
β’
Execute website content updates and influence website mapping decisions.
β’
Serve as the internal SME of SEO performance, partnering closely with external SEO/GEO agency to guide priorities and evaluate impact.
β’
Ensure SEO efforts are aligned with broader acquisition goals and translate performance into meaningful business outcomes including traffic growth, lead generation, and CAC contribution.
β’
Own and evolve our presence across key directories and local discovery platforms such as Psychology Today and Google Business Profile.
β’
Improve directory visibility, conversion, and ROI, and build a scalable approach to managing and expanding channel performance.

7β9 years of experience in growth, performance, and/or digital marketing roles. Preferrably in behavioral health or healthcare.

5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta required; Google Ads a plus)
β’
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
