About the Role
We are looking for a high-output, product-obsessed content writer to join Heidi, an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians. This role focuses on creating compelling, specialty-specific stories across video and written formats to showcase how Heidi works across various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop scalable content demonstrating Heidi’s capabilities across specialties
- →Create high-volume, high-quality content for website landing pages and sales enablement materials
- →Produce short-form and mid-form product videos
- →Build scalable systems for generating repeatable, specialty-driven content
- →Collaborate with product, growth, sales, and customer success teams
Requirements
- ✓3–6+ years in product content, product marketing, or SaaS content
- ✓Experience in B2B SaaS (healthtech strongly preferred)
- ✓Strong portfolio of product-focused writing
- ✓Scriptwriting experience for video
- ✓Ability to independently research complex domains
- ✓Bias toward clarity and utility over fluff
