About the Role
We are looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to join our growing sales function at Heidi. This hands-on builder role focuses on execution and learning, shaping automations and keeping systems clean to power sales, customer success, and field marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lives inside CRM, outbound tools, enrichment, and data workflows
- →Works closely with specialty pods to enable workflows among pre, mid, and post-sales activity
- →Implements workflows designed by the Lead GTM Engineer
- →Gather feedback and flag friction early among cross functional teams for net new workflows
- →QA and monitor automations to prevent issues
- →Keeps data clean and systems usable
Requirements
- ✓Comfortable with GTM tooling (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, basic automation)
- ✓Basic technical fluency (APIs, no-code tools, simple scripts, data hygiene)
- ✓Strong executor and ops instincts with ability to eradicate friction
- ✓Clear communicator across different teams and personalities
- ✓Commercially aware with understanding of workflow purposes
- ✓High agency and comfortability in ambiguity and fast change
