About the Role
We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join HelloFresh in Berlin. This role will play a pivotal part in driving compensation analytics and insights to enable rewards and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct market pricing using external surveys and internal data to benchmark against competitors
- →Support the end-to-end delivery of rewards cycles, including incentive plans and benefit enrollments
- →Perform internal pay equity and fairness analyses to ensure consistency across the organization
- →Prepare compensation dashboards and conduct trend analysis
- →Provide systems expertise and support to HelloFresh key stakeholders with Workday
Requirements
- ✓A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- ✓5+ years working in Compensation or Human Resources field
- ✓Strong proficiency in Excel for complex modeling and data reporting
- ✓Familiarity with compensation management tools - Workday Advanced Compensation experience is an asset
- ✓Strong quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
