About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join HelloConnect, a dynamic team in Inoza tower, BGC that embraces innovation and leverages advanced technology to create exceptional experiences. This role will orchestrate the creative engine powering our social strategy across six European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design SLA-driven approval workflows
- →Build centralised asset repository with version control and compliance tracking
- →Create weekly dashboards linking creative performance to ROAS
- →Coordinate with local teams across six markets on localization and execution
- →Manage vendor relationships and optimize production costs
- →Eliminate fragmented asset storage and version control chaos
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years in creative operations, production management, or equivalent
- ✓Track record optimising workflows at scale with measurable impact
- ✓Understanding of performance marketing and how creative drives results
- ✓Comfort with marketing ops tools (asset management, project management, BI platforms)
- ✓Experience managing distributed, multicultural teams
