About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the HelloFresh Automation & Engineering team. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure project management principles are met and bringing projects to fruition.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead internal multidisciplinary teams to execute against assigned projects
- →Execute projects with demanding schedules and aggressive cost targets
- →Participate in equipment and system design process
- →Complete activities to support near and long-term business strategies
- →Provide overall leadership and management to assigned teams
- →Manage and optimize the project management process
- →Independently manage cadence of communication across all levels
- →Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions
- →Seek to take up and start new projects
- →Challenge conventional methods and open to new ideas
- →Push projects to completion with a sense of urgency
- →Construct organized project plans from complex inputs
Requirements
- ✓BS Industrial Engineering or other Engineering field preferred
- ✓MS/MBA preferred
- ✓5+ years of project management experience in multi-site ecommerce, fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or processing environments
- ✓Experience with automated or semi-automated equipment implementation
- ✓Extensive experience with Google Workspace
- ✓Experience with project management software
- ✓AutoCAD proficiency
- ✓Experience with WCS, WMS, and SQL desired
- ✓PMP certification desired
