About the Role
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our Benelux Operations team at HelloFresh. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining hardware and software across our production facility, office, and logistical hubs, ensuring every colleague has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- βAct as the first point of contact for IT support, resolving hardware, software, onboarding/offboarding, and access-related issues
- βManage and improve workplace technologies, establishing best practices and defining new service standards
- βPartner with Business Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose issues and deliver timely solutions
- βLead technical projects that enhance operational efficiency
- βMaintain and optimize tools and platforms like Google Workspace, Azure, and Atlassian Suite
- βProactively improve and automate IT processes
- βSupport hardware needs on the production floor
Requirements
- β3β5 years of experience in IT support or engineering, ideally in a production, logistics, or dynamic environment
- βWorking knowledge of major operating systems (MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android) and common workplace hardware
- βFamiliarity with corporate tools such as Google Workspace, Azure, Slack, Atlassian, Intune, Jamf, Snipe-IT
- βStrong communication skills to translate technical concepts
- βProactive, analytical mindset with process improvement abilities
- βBasic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
- βValid EU driverβs license preferred
