About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to join Factor, a healthy, ready-to-eat meal subscription service within the HelloFresh Group. This role focuses on scaling the brand across the Benelux region through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Support the Sr. Growth Manager in optimizing key growth channels including Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Gift Cards, Flyers, and Direct Sales
→Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating with agencies and partners
→Support influencer and partnership activations from identification to reporting
→Contribute to CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives
→Support community and brand-building initiatives
→Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into optimization opportunities

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
✓0–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or partnerships
✓Strong interest in growth marketing and multi-channel acquisition
✓Excellent language skills in Dutch (required) and strong proficiency in English
✓Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✓Familiarity with Dutch and Belgian culture and consumer behavior
✓Thrive in fast-paced environments
✓Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
