About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join HelloFresh, a leading meal delivery company. This role involves supporting the Senior Operations Manager in ensuring the effective running of production and supply operations during the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of Shift Leads and Area Managers to achieve and exceed all shift Key Performance Indicators
- →Own the operational performance within your designated shift, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting production targets
- →Champion clear communication and facilitate collaboration across departments
- →Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity, teamwork, and employee engagement
- →Continuously improve and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience (3+ years) in a manufacturing or distribution centre / operational environment
- ✓Strong experience with managing large scale operations with multiple management tiers
- ✓Demonstrates a strong track record of team leadership in a large scale rapid and process driven environment
- ✓Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, from peers to upper leadership
- ✓Relevant experience in performing advanced data analysis with tools like Excel, GSheets, Grafana, Tableau
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively across departments
- ✓A long-term mindset, committed to business impact
- ✓Fluent in German and English
- ✓Willing to work in 3-shifts operation, highly motivated, flexible, and a team player
