About the Role
You will serve as the first line of defense for HelloConnect, monitoring and resolving security-related queries from Jira, Slack, and Email. This role ensures all security requests are handled with diligence following established SOPs and Response Playbooks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor Jira Service Management queues and security Slack channels for incoming reports and alerts
- →Categorize and prioritize security requests according to urgency and potential risk
- →Resolve tickets by adhering to established SOPs and security playbooks
- →Provide clear updates to employees regarding the status of their security queries
- →Identify high-risk threats and escalate them to the Security Engineers team
- →Maintain records of all actions taken within Jira
Requirements
- ✓Proficient in Jira Service Management for ticket lifecycle management
- ✓Exceptional written communication skills for fast-paced security support
- ✓Basic understanding of phishing tactics, identity and access management (IAM), and AWS
- ✓Methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues while maintaining security policies
